When you go to Adelaide, do yourself the favor of going to see the Shark Museum. Remember Jaws, the movie, well the founder of this musuem was the guide for the fine film makers. He also is in Guiness Book of Records as the only living shark attack victim. Over 500 stiches. Pretty grusome. While you are at the museum, you will probably get to meet him. Also, stay, watch his documentary about his work with sharks. Well worth the trip.
